The Terms of payment How to book : * Payment for the stay is done in two parts. A 20% deposit to validate the booking, and the balance on arrival at the Residence. Meanwile, a lease contract is signed between the owner and the tenant, * The payments accepted are  paypal, bank transfert,  cash. Please contact us by email (shamrock.sxm@orange.fr) to give us the following information: Name, address Phone number Dates of stay (number of nights) How many persons (adults, children, age of the children) Airline company Important : The global amount must be paid when the owner gives the keys to the tenant. Apartment occupancy (see rates above) Cancellation policy :  More than 60 days before the arrival date :  150 Euros fee will be retained and the difference will be refund. Less than 60 days before the arrival date : the whole deposit is kept (french law).However, in case of exceptional and proven medical problem (according to the owner), the stay may be extended for one year. The new rent will be calculated, based on the rates of the season forward (low, medium or high). A 75 € fee will be retained.  Conditions and terms just bellow.
