The Caribbean island of Saint-Martin offers shelters for more than 95 bird species.
Some birds are indigenous while others are very long distance migrants (it's the largest part of wetlands birds) . Among the indigenous, some are vagrants between surrounding islands, others are more permanent residents. Those ones are nesting here for sure. How to recognize them ? Follow the link below :

Cut 2 bananas into rounds, dice 2 fresh mango fruits (or pineapple) and arrange both in a gratin dish.
In a separate bowl, mix 125g of butter, 125g of cane sugar and 200g of flour using hands until the dough has a crumbly texture.Work in the powdered vanilla and cinnamon.
Sprinkle 5 tablespoons of grated coconut over the fruits, then cover with the dough. Cook in a hot oven (200°C) for 35 minutes. Serve warm with an Old Rhum. Just delicious !
